Lost Stockings!

This year we are really are feeling the festive cheer, and I have been busying away with my needles, making a few bits to give out, however we have lost our stockings and I do fear it is a bit late to start knitting new ones, so hoping we will find them in time, on the plus side I have finally finished my little brothers stocking, it took less than a week to knit up so even I am impressed with myself! Although I do think the bottom shaping could do with a little work but  know how to fix that 🙂

As we have misplaced ours I think I will knit some up for next year, no doubt we will find them once I have finished all 4 but I do think I would want to make some anyway as our current ones are shop bought ‘generic’ ones just feels that bit more festive to me, that and I like the idea of us all having letters on ours.

we might get into some debate about colours in our house, I like the idea of festive reds, greens and whites, but I suspect that pink will be a favorite for my daughter and can guarantee my husband will back this up!

Again i am thinking of selling them so if you would like one, most likely for next year now as we are getting close then pop into the ‘knits for you‘ and i would be happy to knit some up
